改革开放简史（英文）

中华人民共和国成立，CD改变了近代以后100多年中国积贫积弱、受人欺凌的悲惨命运，中华民族走上了实现伟大复兴的壮阔道路。本书分七个历史阶段，全景式铺展新中国成立后中国共产党如何在复杂的国际环境中艰辛探索、带领中国人民建设和发展社#会主义国家的伟大宏阔历程，总结了中国特色社会主义在各领域的制度探索、实践经验、发展成果、以及与时俱进的前景规划等内容，有助于国内外读者从历史演进中更加全面深入了解中国与中国共产党。

中华人民共和国历史是一部改天换地的中国共产党治国理政史，归根结底是中国共产党团结带领中国人民建设社会主义国家，为人民谋幸福、为民族谋复兴的历史。本书记述了新中国成立70多年间，中国共产党领导人民探索、开创、坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的伟大实践及其重大理论、制度创新成果，记述了新中国在经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明建设以及国防和军队、“一国两制”和祖国统一、外交、党的建设等各方面取得的丰富成就和宝贵经验，突出展现党的十八大以来全面建成小康社会、实现第一个百年奋斗目标，继续向全面建成社会主义现代化强国的第二个百年奋斗目标迈进的中国发展蓬勃图景。

本书编写工作按照党中央统一部署，配合全党开展党史学习教育，由中宣部组织有关单位编写。
