中国针灸学(第4版)

针灸学是中国传统医学的重要组成部分，以天人合一的整体观为基础，以经络腧穴理论为指导，运用针具与艾叶等主要工具和材料，通过刺入、薰灼等方法刺激身体特定部位，以调节人体平衡状态而达到保健和治疗的传统知识与实践。 为了满足针灸靠前教学，促进针灸学术交流，提高针灸临床疗效，扩大针灸靠前传播，推动针灸规范化、现代化、靠前化，在美国、澳大利亚、加拿大等国家的针灸学者的建议下，中国中医科学院程莘农传承工作室组成专家团队对《中国针灸学》进行了修订。 1.对穴位的定位和命名，按照2008年世界卫生组织西太平洋地区《针灸经穴定位》标准，进行了修订和统一。 2.关于腧穴的部位和主治，增加解剖学描述，腧穴的主治按照《中华人民共和国国家标准：腧穴主治(GB/T 30233-2013)》进行表述。 3.对于针灸用具的选择，增加了针灸针消毒技术章节和不同针具的介绍，包括2014年2月靠前标准化组织正式出版的《ISO 17218:2014一次性使用无菌针灸针》标准。 4.关于针灸操作技术，按照2009年以来颁布的《中华人民共和国国家标准：针灸技术操作规范(GB/T 21709)》，对毫针基本刺法、毫针针刺手法、艾灸、头针、耳针、三棱针、拔罐、电针等技术进行了规范描述。 5.对于病症的针灸治疗，按照2014年近期新颁布的《循证针灸临床实践指南》和临床研究成果进行了补充、修订。 此次系统的修订，以保持本书的科学性和非常不错性，以便更好地引领靠前针灸的发展方向。

程莘农（1921-2015），号希伊。中国中医科学院研究员、主任医师、博士研究生导师、针灸学科首席专家，首批首都国医名师，首届国医大师，中国工程院院士，中央文史研究馆馆员，中国有名针灸学专家，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，国家攀登计划之“经络的研究”项目首席科学家，中国中医科学院北京靠前针灸培训中心主任，世界针灸学会联合会、中国针灸学会学术顾问，第六、七、八届全国政协委员，人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录“中医针灸”项目的代表性传承人。
