国际商法(理论与实务涉外法治人才培养系列教材)(英文版)

本书的内容主要包括国际商事环境、国际商法的基础理论、国际货物贸易法、国际服务贸易法和国际商事仲裁五个专题模块。五个模块划分为不同章节、知识点，每一章节或知识点包括主体内容、案例、拓展性阅读资料及课后问题。在全书之后附参考文献。本书在全面介绍、分析国际商事法律、规则与实践的同时，注重对中国国内立法、国际商事司法实践及案例的融入。

韩永红广东外语外贸大学法学院教授、博士研究生导师、副院长，广东省教学名师，美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校访问学者。长期从事涉外法治人才培养工作，有较为丰富的法学全英教材编著、法学全英课程讲授和教研经历。研究方向为国际经济法、涉外法治，已在国内外以中英文发表论文50余篇，出版著作10部，主持重量、省部级科研项目10余项。
